Thermally insulated roller doors are ideal for garages, business and industrial buildings when you want safety, a modern look and additional heat and sound insulation. Polyurethane filling contributes to comfort and energy saving, and brush guides (standard) ensure quieter operation and better sealing.
They are made of steel or aluminum machine profiled sheet.
The sheet thickness is 0.4 mm with guaranteed quality and a certificate of origin from the EU.
The panels are made mechanically on an automated machine that precisely and uniformly pours the polyurethane filling. Polyurethane is free of freon and is not harmful to the environment or to people, which is confirmed by the manufacturer's certificate.
Maximum dimensions: width 13 m, height 8 m
The final lamella is made of extruded aluminum, the wall thickness of the profile is 3 mm. In addition, it is reinforced along the entire length with an L profile 30x30x3 mm, which prevents the possibility of tearing and pulling out the roller blind.
A sealing rubber is installed on the final lamella, which ensures a good adhesion to the floor.
They have an "Anti-wind" system and are suitable for large doors and strong gusts of wind.
As part of the standard equipment, a guide with a brush is installed in the thermally insulated roller door.
