The rectangular grids are made of galvanized machine-profiled sheet metal. The sheet is 0.8 mm thick with guaranteed quality and a certificate of origin from the EU.
Sinusoidal grids are made of Ø14 mm steel pipes alternately twisted in the shape of a sinusoid, connected with connectors 20 mm wide, so that 100 mm high and 170 mm wide frames are obtained.

Side guides with a thickness of 1.5 mm are additionally reinforced with a steel profile, which makes the complete construction more massive, safer and more durable.
The side plates supporting the shaft are made of 5 mm thick steel sheet with profile reinforcement, which guarantees durability of large loads and forces.
The shaft is made of a thick-walled tube on which quality and certified drums with bearings are mounted. Steel springs that are wound into drums, in proportion to the size and weight of the door according to exactly determined calculations, guarantee long-term safe use of the roller door.
The electric motor, as well as all accompanying electronics and equipment, are made in accordance with EU norms and regulations.
All moving parts of the door have the CE mark.
