Emergency interventions day after day, outside working hours as well as on weekends are done exclusively for customers with an annual contract for regular servicing and maintenance, with payment of a lump sum in accordance with the contract.

Servicing without a contract is possible only based on the availability of current capacities, with advance payment of the exit in accordance with special tariffs.
