Industrial segmental doors are intended for closing larger, commercial buildings. They consist of segments/panels that are raised under the ceiling of the building using a guide system.
They are similar to sectional garage doors, but there are still differences. They are installed in commercial buildings of larger dimensions, because they need to ensure the passage of larger vehicles, not only cars.
Maximum dimensions: width 12 m and height 8 m
The panels are made of galvanized, then plasticized steel sheet with embossed ornamentation, mutually filled with 42 mm thick polyurethane.
They provide good thermal insulation (heat transfer coefficient k=2.36 W/m2K°).
They are freon-free and self-extinguishing.
Plasticization ensures excellent protection of each segment, while steel gives them massiveness and great durability.
The fittings are made of high-quality steel and are galvanized. It can be painted in any color you like, just like the panels. The standard color of the panels is white, but they can be painted in any color you wish.
There is a possibility of easy replacement, if damage occurs.
The panels have a system against pinching fingers and injuries.
Special safety hinges are installed on the rear panel to prevent the door from falling.
Torsion springs are made of special steel and ensure a long door life as well as trouble-free long-term use.
There are two cables on the door, if one breaks, the other prevents the door from falling.
In the event of a power failure, the industrial door is opened manually using a chain (without any difficulty).
Industrial doors are driven by a ceiling or side motor, depending on the installation method.
Motor power ranges from 60-1200 N, single-phase and three-phase power from 150 W to 1000 W.
They can be opened via the remote control or via the switch button.
There is a door lock in the motor itself.
The remote controls are multi-channel, so they leave the possibility of subsequent automation of other gates and doors without the need for additional remote controls.
